Ongoing Master Plan Discussion

Review meeting notes; and comment on any new developments or changes.

a)	BPCD committee discusses the next phase for working on master plan.
b)	Athol FY2014 Community Development Strategy	

From previous meeting agenda:
a)	Further discussion/finalization of Downtown Initiative Grant due November 15, 2013  
b)      Comments on Downtown Revitalization Plan; In particular: the Downtown Sign & Façade topic, as it relates to BOTH the CDBG and Downtown Initiative Grant.
c)      DIF District Improvement Financing Plan
