	Parcel located at 58 Ruggles Hill Road, Hardwick 
I move that the following parcel of land and appurtenances thereon and accepted by the Town of Hardwick at the Special Town Meeting of August 16, 1899 for school purposes and recorded with the Worcester Registry of Deeds, Book 1638, Page 439, located at 58 Ruggles Hill Road; and commonly called the Ruggles School Building and Lot are no longer needed for school purposes and therefore the Quabbin Regional District School Committee has determined the use of the school building and lot are to be returned to the Inhabitants of the Town of Hardwick.
