Charge: To evaluate potential future solid waste and recycling disposal options for the Town of Chatham in an effort to increase recycling and address anticipated increased solid waste disposal costs, and to present these options to the Board of Selectmen with the Task Force's recommendations.
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Discuss/edit/approve minutes from May 10, and June 7 if available .
3. Discuss and finalize resident survey for Chatham.
4. Decide methods to distribute resident survey.
5. Paulette show beginning of adaptation of Hingham's Report to Board of Selectmen to a Chatham version.
6. Discuss proposed Transfer Station fee increases. (Jeff Bremner, Judy Giorgio)
7. Determine time line and meeting schedule for future.
7. Announce next meeting's day/time/location. (June 21, 6 pm, Small Conference Room, Town Annex)
