Patrick Mitchell of the Police Building Committee will attend. BUSINESS • The minutes of November 29, 2012. DISCUSSION As required by Section 8.8-6 of the West Tisbury Zoning Bylaws, the Zoning Board of Appeals will be having a pre-application discussion with representatives for AT&T concerning modifications to two different facilities. 1) Airport facility on Amelia’s way: Replace 3 internal antennas and install associated equipment in existing shelter at the base. Light Industrial District. 2) Old Courthouse Road facility: Replace 3 antennas located internally in the pole. There will be an increase of 2 inches in diameter of the casing round the new equipment. Install equipment cabinets at the base of the tower on existing concrete pad. RU District. Notice of a public hearing for an application, should there need to be one, will be duly advertised and notified as required by M.G.L. 40A after a formal application is received and a hearing date has been set. |
