NEW BUSINESS
1. Agency Land Management: Purchase of Equipment
The Land Bank Commission will review bids received for the purchase of a new truck.
2. Agency Land Management: Rogers Path
The Land Bank Commission will review a July 30, 2013 letter from Nancy Dole regarding trees along Rogers Path.
3. Pecoy Point Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed with the Oak Bluffs Conservation Commission by abutter Virgis Colbert to maintain an existing boardwalk over a salt marsh, plus extend it.
4. Pennywise Preserve (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review an August 5, 2013 letter from abutter Russell Lawrence regarding the management of this property.
