1.  Reading and acceptance of minutes from previous meetings.
2. James Meehan will update the EDIC regarding recent activities of interested retail developers who have visited the North Quabbin Business Park.
3. Landowners at the North Quabbin Business Park will have the opportunity to update the EDIC regarding activities at the Park.
4. Review and discussion regarding work in progress developing an advertising brochure and print advertising.
5. The EDIC will discuss the EDIC parcel of land at the North Quabbin Business Park, regarding a developer who has expressed an interest in purchasing the property.
6. Jim Meehan will update the committee regarding engineering, traffic and infrastructure concerns regarding the proposed retail development at the North Quabbin Business Park.
7.  Member’s concerns:  A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol.
