The Board of Selectmen, acting in its capacity as Berlin Earthwork Board, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, August 26, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Office Building, 23 Linden Street, Berlin, MA, to consider the application of Riverbridge North, LLC for an Earthwork Permit to import up to 60,000 cubic yards of fill on the land it owns known as the Riverbridge mixed use village, at the rotary in South Berlin. The parcels to receive fill are: Map 3, Lots 1, 12, 13 and 13-1.
     Any persons wishing to be heard on this matter may appear at the above state time and place.
