Review/Approve minutes from Monday, March 11, 2013
Approve/Review Payroll, #19-20,.
Approve /Review Warrants March 2013-April 2013.
Staff Annual job performance reviews were completed during the month of March 2013 and inserted in the each staff members employee file.
Last day to submit articles for the ATM warrant is May 1st.
ARTICLE: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, transfer or borrow a sum of money to be used for building maintenance at Merrick Public Library, or take any action relative thereto.
Projects for FY2014: $20,000. Complete installation of newly constructed corbels by Cole Construction (and the painting of the soffit and window frames along the Lincoln Street side of building, new window thermoplastic replacement for front of building and top Lincoln Street. Continue the re-pointing project with Chris Cote. Pursue estimates for ADA ramp repair.
Photographs of new corbels are available along with photograph of the old corbels. Dave Cole has submitted his invoice for $8400/ $1200 for each new corbel FY13 project. FY14 will be the installation as afore mentioned.
Conflict of Interest Law certificate for Brenda completed, 2013. Online test.
Report of Gas and Oil usage for FY13 for the library. Report of repairs to oil furnace. Photographs.
