12-049 Rebecca Ryan/Massage Therapy & Bodywork Studio – Application to install a wall sign located at 25 Post Office Lane.
12-050 Rebecca Ryan/Massage Therapy & Bodywork Studio – Application to install a ladder sign located at 25 Post Office Lane.
12-054 Joe McIsaac/Chatham Toys – Application to relocate ladder sign located at 515 Main Street.
MINOR ALTERATION:
12-051 Michael Ford/First Congregational Church – Application to replace a double door with a single door and sidelite located at 650 Main Street.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
12-052 William Litchfield – Application to restore original structure, alteration and addition to the modern wing and demolition and replacement of the free-standing building located at 733, 739 and 741 Main Street.
12-053 James Murphy– Application to replace the roofs located at 1705 Main Street, 1715 Main Street and 18 George Ryder Road So.
