12-079 Artack Sahakyan/A&A Building and Remodeling LLC – Application to install a new wall sign located at 17 Balfour Lane.
12-080 Jane Leonard/M. Smith & Company – Application to relocate a previously approved wall sign from 402 Main Street to 400 Main Street.
MINOR ALTERATION:
12-078 Deirdre O’Farrelly/Jack Wills – Application to replace existing shutters with new shutter on the structure located at 515 Main Street.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
12-074 Dennis DaRu/Town of Chatham – Police Station - Application to install solar panels on the roof located at 249 George Ryder Road.
12-075 Dennis DaRu/Town of Chatham – Annex - Application to install solar panels on the roof located at 261 George Ryder Road.
CONTINUED HEARING - MAJOR ALTERATION:
12-052 William Litchfield – Application to restore original structure, alteration and addition to the modern wing and demolition and replacement of the free-standing building located at 733, 739 and 741 Main Street.
PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE:
David Oppenheim – Pre-Application discussion regarding the structures located at 471 & 475 Main Street.
