Approve /Review Warrants February 2013-March 2013.
Staff Annual job performance reviews will be completed during the month of March 2013 and completed for the next meeting, April 8, 2013.
We need to submit an article for the Building Maintenance Account, $20,000
We have not resolved or received any new information on our ADA ramp. 1/2013 Don Taft came by to review issue of ADA ramp sinking on the upper level. We will need to have this reviewed and estimates for improvement. Another update will have to be re-pointing the fireplace. 11/2013 I spoke to Chris Cote regarding these issues, he will submit estimates and timeframes
Review current updates to building. Ron Wassmer completed children’s room paint, and completed bathroom patch and paint (Bathroom $425 funded by Friends of the Library).
Massachusetts Broadband network segment target completion for Brookfield is scheduled for July 2013. This is our alternative to Charter, to compare cost after the Charter contract is negotiated and signed with the town.
Friends of the Library updates: programs funded by Friends, Patch and painted the bathroom. There are two CPR sessions with Matt Simpson in March, the Friends fund half of the fee.
