Call meeting to order 6:35 p.m.
Review/Approve minutes from Monday, April 8, 2013,
Approve/Review Payroll, #21-22,
Approve /Review Warrants April 2013-May 2013.
CAPITAL PLANNING:
The CP met Monday, April 29, 2013 and reviewed all town projects and have made recommendations regarding funds currently available. The recommended amount to the Board of Selectmen and the Advisory Board for the library projects will be $10,000 for FY14 and the same amount for the next 4 years. FY14 I would prioritize projects as follows: Corbels and soffit work completed with Dave Cole ($8,000 to $10,000), FY15, replace oil furnace and continue repointing on north side of building.
PAYROLL FY14:
The recommendation for payroll increase for FY14 is 1.5%. Wage Authorizations are completed and need to be reviewed and signed.
CORI:
It should be noted, the Board of Library Trustees created CORI accounts for library staff and library volunteers in 2007 and monitor employees every three years. The results of the checks are addressed only to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Sally Brown.
FURNACE:
Fran White repaired the oil furnace #2, repairs, $485.00, this invoice was submitted to the BOS to be paid from the town’s Heating and Maintenance account.
CW/MARS:
Annual Contract for CW/Mars is available for FY14, needs to be signed and returned.
MBLC:
1. Received State Aid funds, April, 2013, amount $2118.96.
2. There are new updated resource guides available (online) for the Trustees and Friends of the Library.
Memos:
BOS: Annual Town Meeting warrant for June 7th, 2013 is available for review.
