5:10 PM/Map 1 Lot 2/SE79-340: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Sourati Engineering Group on behalf of Tom and Makena Herget for property owned by Christina Winkler and the Joellen Rapee Nominee Trust located at 4 Windy Way. The applicant proposes to renovate an existing single-family dwelling and build an addition within the buffer zone to a coastal bank.
5:35 PM/Map 32 Lot 9: hold a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sourati Engineering Group on behalf of Josephine L. Chinard, owner of property located at 61Tiasquam Road. The project consists of the replacement of a failed septic tank for an existing septic system serving a single family dwelling.
