OLD BUSINESS:
Approve minutes of  June 11 and June 25, 2012  
GIS –  Map Updates being done now.  Inquire about map hosting costs with other vendors.
Sawyer Hill LLC  -   5 of 64 units still unsold.   4 Mosaic (4 AF) and 1 Camelot, AF, ATB appeals Mosaic units. Review meeting comments with full BOA, discuss FY13 valuation and affordable unit issues.     
Small commercial exemption-gather more data and schedule a meeting with Board of Selectmen between June and July. 
Mixed Use Ratio/ BOA to discuss with BOS impact on tax bills.  
Chapter issues set aside for resolution before approval – Schartner and Bemis (need new liens)  
Cyclical Inspections  
RRG contract to be issued for Reval. 
Abatements –  Highland Commons	Oct 26	- Feb 26 deemed denied/May 26 deadline for BOA to act without ATB, filing received, sent request for withdrawal to lawyer on April 25. Just received filing for FORMAL 6/7/2012.
Wheeler	Oct 26     299 South St, ATB filing received, Jan 26 deemed denied, April 26 deadline, discussed case with lawyer on April 25.
Maplewood Farm-chapter use letter, requested back up for file.
Solar Device Exemptions – 2 of 7 recently sent received for approval.
NEW BUSINESS 
LA3 Sales Numbers for Review-Discussion about FY13 adjustments.
