Additional Information:
The Personnel Board reserves the right due to the nature of the issues discussed and the confidential nature of conversations, to keep a “Closed Session” to preserve the confidentiality of the issues and the individuals who may be impacted. Additionally, if necessary, the Personnel Board may convene a closed executive session via conference call if there is an issue which needs to be dealt with prior to the next sitting meeting.
