The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).  

The following applicants have filed  Requests for Determination of Applicability:
101 Morris Island Road, Jack Sebastian-applicant: Proposed installation of gas utility line; proposed vine removal from trees and mitigation planting area at 101 Morris Island Rd, Assessors Map 16A parcel C8. 

34 Sears Point (a ka 36 Sears Point Road), Ann & Gordon Woodward: Proposed installation of natural gas main within Sears Point (private way); proposed clarification of locations of utilities on the site under construction at 34 Sears Point and roadway, Assessors Map 11A  portion of parcel 10  & Sears Point (road)

36 Sears Point Road, David Rogers: Proposed installation of underground wire utilities and a water service within Sears Point (private way) and to re-locate utilities at 36 Sears Point Road, Assessors Map 11A Sears Point (Road) and Parcel 10.

27 Morris Island Road & Bearse’s Lane , Henry & Sara Bedford & Town of Chatham, SE10-: Proposed control of invasive plan species; proposed wetland restoration at 27 Morris Island Road, Assessors Map 16B parcel 11  &  Map 16 portion of Bearse’s  Lane.  

809 Fox Hill Road, Peter/Deborah Willsea-applicants, Peter H  Willsea Revocable Living Trust & Deborah S Willsea Revocable Living Trust-owners, SE 10- 2827: Re-opening of the hearing for proposed additions to an existing dwelling, two slate patios underneath decks, and appurtenant landscape alteration at 809 Fox Hill Rd, Assessors Map 12-L parcel M2. ZBA granted a Special Permit on September 27, 2012. Revised plans have been received 

174 Eastward Road, John/Jamie Selldorff, SE 10-2812: Re-opening of hearing for proposed renovations and additions to existing dwelling; removal of existing concrete structures, beach nourishment, concrete seawall repair, landscape improvements and mitigation plantings at 174 Eastward Road. The ZBA granted a Special Permit on September 27, 2012 with the agreement that if the applicant makes significant changes in landscaping, the ZBA will review the changes 

4 Shore Road, 4 Shore Road LLC, SE 10-2837:  Re-opening of hearing for pro- posed addition to single family dwelling at 4 Shore Road, Assessors Map 17C parcel F1. Special Permit required

21 Young’s Farm Road, Consuelo Berghausen, SE 10- 2836: Re-opening of hearing for proposed first floor addition on north side of dwelling; proposed addition on pier foundation and proposed deck expansion at 21 Young’s Farm Road, Assessors Map 9D parcel G2. Special Permit required

39 Bearse’s ByWay, Philip B and Cheryl A Merola, SE 10-2832: Re-opening of hearing for proposed demolition of existing dwelling & other structures; proposed construction of new dwelling at 39 Bearse’s ByWay.. The ZBA granted a Special Permit on September 27, 2012; A Certificate of Appropriateness was granted on Sept 19, the revised plans were approved on September 26, 2012. 

40 Bearse’s ByWay, Philip B Merola, SE10-2831: Re-opening of hearing for proposed Demolition of existing dwelling; proposed construction of new dwelling at 40 Bearse’s ByWay.  The ZBA granted a Special Permit on Sept 27, 2012: Certificate of Appropriateness approved by HBDC on September 26, 2012. 

Off Strong Island Road-Fox Pond, Fox Pond Association c/o Joan Drury-applicants, SE10-2819: Re-opening of hearing for proposed pond maintenance and control of nuisance aquatic species at Fox Pond off Strong Island Road, Assessors Map 13M parcel B6b Applicant has requested a continuance to October 17, 2012
