Public Hearings:
1. Sepiessa Point Reservation (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will review an August 10, 2012 letter from David Fialkow regarding the sandbar in the Tiah’s Cove.
2. Weahtaqua Springs Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will review an August 20, 2012 letter from Oak Bluffs
special town counsel Adam Hundley regarding the proposed roundabout at the
blinker intersection.
3. Three Ponds Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its July 30, 2012 meeting, its discussion of
the backstop loans offered for the Baldwin Self promissory note here.
4. Agency Land Management: Dog Use
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the town of West Tisbury’s efforts to plan for a dog
park within its borders.
5. Agency Land Management: Harvesting of White Oak Knees
The Land Bank Commission will discuss an August 22, 2012 letter from Theodore Box
regarding white oak knees.
6. Agency Administration: Receipt of Donations
The Land Bank Commission will review the receipt of donations made in memory of Wayne Kallman.
7. 167 Main Street (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss an offer of donated labor to power-wash the land bank office
