•	Approval of Minutes:  September 24th
•	Hearings/Meetings: 

5:10 PM/Map 1 Lot 44.4/ SE79-341: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by  Sam Sherman Associates LLC on behalf of Rudy F. Riedl Jr.  owner of property located at 32 Winnecoette Ave.  The applicant proposes to demolish an existing attached garage within the buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland and to construct a new attached garage with living space above outside the buffer zone. The applicant also proposes to decommission the existing septic system and build a new Title V septic system.  All work will take place within the second hundred feet of the Riverfront Area.
