TOWN OF ORANGE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Town of Orange will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81-Q (“the Subdivision Control Law”), on September 24, 2013 at 7:15 p.m. at the Orange Town Hall, 6 Prospect Street, Orange, MA. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide interested parties with the opportunity to comment on the proposed revisions to Orange’s Subdivision Regulations. The proposed changes are a comprehensive update to the existing Subdivision Regulations. The complete text of the proposed Subdivision Regulations is on file with the Town Clerk at the Orange Town Hall, 6 Prospect Street, Orange, MA and is available for inspection during the regular business hours of the Town Clerk.
