1) In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. 2) In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and section 5400 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold virtual Public Hearing on December 1, 2020 beginning at 7:30pm regarding Site Plan Review of Town of Orange School Renovation project Dexter Park/Fisher Hill at 65-66 Dexter Street Extension (aka 59 Dexter Street, under the same parcel ID Map 104 Lot 10) Map 104, Lot 10, Deed Book 953, Page 322 and Plan Book 49, Page 50 by Jeffrey Pilat, Samiotes Consults Inc, 20 A Street, Framingham, MA 01701and Property Owner-Town of Orange, 6 Prospect St, Orange, MA 01364.
