The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

15-099 Atlantic Workshop/Scott Feen – Application to install a roof sign located at 1291 Main Street.
ADDITIONS:
15-100 Del Mar/C/o Ken Perry – Application to construct a vestibule on the front of the structure located at 907 Main Street.
15-101 Cynthia Muenchow – Application to construct a new garage, front porch, dormers and to change windows, doors, roof and sidewall shingles located at 19 Bearses Byway.
OTHER BUSINESS:
ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION FROM 10/21/15 TO 11/03/15:
1.15-097 Island Pursuit – Repair the flat roof located at 480 Main Street.
2.15-098 The Seafarer – Replace the roof located at 2079 Main Street.
3.15-102 Sandie Betylon – Replace the roof located at 13 Evergreen Lane.
4.15-103 Jason Custodie – Replace the white cedar shingle siding located at 1369 Main Street.
Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
