1. Meeting recording announcement/turn off cell phones.
2. Forum. If anyone from the shellfishing community or public wishes to make any constructive comments or express concerns with the shellfishing industry, habitat, or shellfishing in general, or request a future agenda item, they may do so now. The chair will use discretion over length and content of comments.
3. Review of SAC Meeting Minutes for:

• August 31, 2015
• September 14, 2015
• September 30, 2015
4. SAC 2015 Annual Report to Board of Selectmen on 10/20/15, in brief
5. Speed Racks: Discussion on Use & Policy
6. Consideration of the following Amendments and/or language adoptions to shellfish Regulations:
• Change opening of Oyster Season from:
September 1st to October 1st
• Prohibit destruction/removal of beach grass
• Requiring notification to the Constable of any shellfish survey conducted within Chatham’s jurisdiction
7. Updates:
• Roger’s property
• Bridge Street
• Water Street
8. Future agenda items: Any other items that committee members may want to discuss briefly or wish to have added to a future meeting may do so here. Any items to be voted on must be published in a future meeting agenda and posted for public assay prior to that SAC meeting.
