General Laws, the Planning Board will continue a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 beginning at 6:45 p.m. regarding a Special Permit and change of use request for by Ralph J. Carpenter of 115 Fryeville Road, Orange, Massachusetts for property located at 120 Fryeville Road (Map 103, Lot 63) for a change of building use from agricultural to storage.  Relevant zoning bylaw sections 6010 & 2230.  The application may be reviewed in the Community Development Office at the Orange Armory during the normal business hours of: M, T, Th: 8:00-12:30 & 1:00-4:30; W: 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-7:00. 7:30pm Public Hearing-Jefe Solar I- 56 RW Moore Modifications- In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 beginning at 7:30 p.m. regarding an amendment to an existing Special Permit and Site Plan Review [Orange Zoning Bylaw Section 2235] request by Jefe Solar I, of 165 Jordan Road, Troy, NY, 12180, for property at 56 R. W. Moore Drive (One parcel, identified as assessor’s parcel 250-1) for the installation of a 990 kW AC ground-mounted PV system and associated stormwater systems, and modifications to parcel access.  The application may be reviewed at the Orange Armory, Community Development Office, during normal business hours of: M, T, Th: 8:00-12:30 & 1:00-4:30; W: 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-7:00.
