45 Chatham Bars Avenue/CBI 20 45 Chatham Bars Avenue, LLC/Singer/Further Amendment to previously approved site plan to reflect the addition of two (2) parking spaces on site, bringing the total number of parking spaces to ten (10) on the west side of the building as shown on the revised plan. The applicant has also prepared an amended statement of conditions.
