ANNOUNCEMENTS 
A reminder a Winter Parking Ban is in effect.  From November 15th to April 1 for all public ways in the Town during the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.  There will be no parking on the streets, whether or not snow is predicted and anyone in violation of parking on the street will receive a citation of $25.00 for the first offense.
