The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability:
277 Woodland Way, Rita Malloy-applicant: Proposed removal of damaged pine; pruning of oaks and pines around access stairway to support the health of the native canopy at 277 Woodland Way, Assessors Map 11K parcel HC113. 

296 Shore Road, CBI Owner LLC, Capital Properties-applicant/owner:  Proposed removal and treatment of invasive, Japanese knotweed in the coastal dune behind the Beach House Grill & behind the pool area at 296 Shore Road, Assessors Map 16E parcel 1.	      	

The following applicant has filed a Request to Amend an Existing Order: 
66 Rush Drive, Antaeus Realty Corporation, SE 10-3076:  Request to Amend an Existing Order of Conditions under SE 10-3076 to include extension of the returns and nourishment to cover the rock revetment returns and above the returns & on the coastal bank to the property lines; revegetation at 66 Rush Drive, Assessors Map 12M parcel B6. 

The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent:
26 Salt Pond Road, Mary Holmes, SE 10-: Proposed construction of a stone cap at top of existing licensed revetment; after-the-fact extension of licensed revetment at 26 Salt Pond Road, Assessors Map 17J parcel 1.  

28 John Gilpin Lane, Cha Realty Trust, Assunta Cha, Trustee, SE 10-: Proposed reconstruction of boat house within existing footprint at 28 John Gilpin Lane, Assessors Map 10F parcel 8.

159 Vineyard Avenue: (Applicant Timm T. and Katherine Tobin, Representative Hamlyn Consulting) , SE 10- 3293 : Continuance of hearing for proposed construction of an addition with drive-under garage and second-story deck, expansion of existing deck, driveway reconfiguration, installation of subsurface drainage system and construction of retaining walls, accessory to an existing single family dwelling. 139 Honeysuckle Lane: (Applicant Arnold W. Anderson, Representative J.M. O’Reilly and Associates, Inc.), SE 10-3289: Continuance of hearing for proposed upgrade of cesspool to Title 5 sewage system. Assessors Map 13B, Parcel 12-I9-0.

104 Cranberry Lane: (Applicant Elizabeth Anne Donnelley, Representative Ryder & Wilcox, Inc.), SE 10- 3292: Continuance of hearing for proposed construction of an addition to the existing dwelling, two new covered entrances, convert the existing garage into living space, remove a portion of the existing paved driveway, construct an outside shower, storage area, patio and in-ground stairs. 58 Old Salt Works: (Applicant Elizabeth Anne Konvalinka, Representative Clark Engineering, LLC), SE 10-3291: Continuance of hearing for proposed beach/bank nourishment and revegetation on Bassing Harbor. Assessors Map 13M, Parcel C29.

3 Scallop Terrace, (Applicant Paul and Patricia Swenson, Representative East-SouthEast, LLC)  SE 10-3290: Continuance of hearing for proposed elevation of the existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling that meets FEMA NFIP standards and the MA Building Code.
