Review Minutes from November 12, 2018. Motion by
Ratify Library payroll FY19 warrant dated November 15 and 29, 2018.
Ratify Library Expense FY19 warrants dated November 2, 2018.
Ratify Library Book FY19 warrants dated November 15 and 28, 2018
Motion by
CIPC review of the final Draft of the ADA review for the town of Brookfield. We need to complete our 5-year request for capital improvement projects to submit. We should set up conference with a representative of the Massachusetts Historical Commission, MHC, on using the library property (if we put a separate building on the property is the $100,000 threshold on the library, what influence does this have), ADA upgrades, to what extent do we have to go with the recommendations and still preserve the intrinsic value of the historic integrity with the Preservation Restrictions Agreement with MHC.
Review and sign Wage Authorization for Jo Ann Pierce.
Arthur is done and will assist in the training of the new hire, we have received 5 applications, 2 of the group we are considering for the position.
