ARTICLE 1
AMENDMENTS TO APPROPRIATIONS AND SOURCES OF FUNDS FOR FY 2015
OPERATING BUDGET
To see if the Town will vote to amend the appropriations and source of funds for certain accounts for the
fiscal year 2015 Operating Budget adopted at the June 2014 Annual Town Meeting; or take any other
action relative thereto.
ARTICLE 2
AMENDMENT OF JUNE 2014 ATM ARTICLE 13
To see if the Town will vote to transfer a sum of money from Article 13 of the June 17,2014 Annual
Town Meeting to certain accounts for the fiscal year 2015 Operating Budget; or take any other action
relative thereto.
ARTICLE 3
PILOT AGREEMENT WITH SEVEN HILLS FOUNDATION
To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to negotiate and enter into a payment in lieu of tax agreement ("PILOT') with Seven Hills Foundation, owner of Stetson School. Further, that the Selectmen are authorized to accept a certain parcel of land on South Street from Seven Hills Foundation together with any easements required for the construction of a new Public Safety Complex on said parcel
as a payment in lieu of taxes ("PILOT") under said agreement; or take any other action relative
thereto.
ARTICLE 4
ELECTED TO APPOINTED CEMETERY COMMISSION
To see if the Town will vote to rescind the acceptance of Chapter 264 of the Acts of 1890, as replaced by
M.G.L. C. 114 s. 22, and further to see if the Town will vote 10 have its elected Cemetery Commission
become appointed by the Board of Selectmen; or take any other action relative thereto.
