The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 beginning at 3:00 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

MINUTES REVIEW: 
Meeting held November 5, 2014

SIGN:
14-113	Chatham Perk/o Catherine Oldham – Application to install a roof sign on the structure located at 307 Orleans Road.

MINOR ALTERATION:
14-111	Liberty Commons/c/o William Bogdanovich – Application to install additional fencing for the relocated emergency generator located at 390 Orleans Road.

MAJOR ALTERATION:
14-112	26 Cross Street LLC/c/o Aaron Polhemus– Application for proposed changes to the Certificate of Appropriateness (13-096) including demolition, renovations and additions to the existing structures located at 26 Cross Street, et al (8 dwellings).

SATISFACTION OF CONDITIONS:
13-096	26 Cross Street LLC/c/o Aaron Polhemus – Request for deferral of Condition No. 1, for Commission review and approval of landscaping for entire site and common area lighting.

13-096	26 Cross Street LLC/c/o Aaron Polhemus – Satisfaction of Condition No.  2, for dwellings located at 26, 30, 36 and 44 Cross Street, seeking Commission review and approval of additional details such as exterior door colors and specifications for garage doors and exterior lighting.
