a.	Reminder – The Winter Parking Ban goes into effect on 11/15/2017 until 4/15/2018.
b.	The Town Office Building will be closed Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th for Thanksgiving. 
c.	There will be a public forum on “Marijuna Business in Shirley” on Wednesday, 11/29 at 7:00 pm in Conference Room A&B at the Shirley Town Office Building

a.	Plumbing Inspector and Siemen’s – Town Office Building Boiler Update

c.	Employee Performance Evaluations - Begin discussion to set time line, criteria and process of Employee Performance Evaluations in accordance with the Personal Policy & Procedure Manual and as stated in all town contracts.

7.	Selectmen’s comments or other unforeseen business at the posting of the agenda.
