Ratify Library payroll FY18 warrants dated September 21 and October 5, 2017.  Motion by .

The expenses for the new plumbing and a relieve valve for the hot water heater, Fran White completed work total cost $805.
Phil Chaffee completed putting new wiring in all the hanging lights and he installed the new light over the reading area.  He suggested recessed lighting over the circulation and DVD areas.  The electric lights, added in 1921, the wiring was from Gavitt Wire Co. About one foot of new wire was added  @1970s to the gallery lights.  Discussion?
I am still working on an updated inventory of repairs needed to the building.  CIPC is looking forward to this revised list.  Peter suggested we include completely waterproofing the basement.  I am adding new carpeting for the main area and the children’s room. Other edits include replacing plastic over north side and upper gallery windows both sides need to be completed.  Clean bat guano out of attic.  More repointing. Clean venting from HVAC-full of dust and dirt—ServPro for estimate?
Matt Bansfield sent an update on the repair of the basement door.  
Articles for the Special Town Meeting, Building Maintenance $7500 and Operating $1000 to comply with MBLC, Mass Law formula.
