Chapter 40A, and the provisions of the Brookfield Zoning Bylaws Section 4.D, Use Regulation Table 6.c; Section 8.C., Site Plan Approval; and Section 12.C., Special Permits; and by order of the Land Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Brookfield Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on an application for the construction and operation of a Commercial Fuel Storage Facility (propane) on property owned by TCP Realty, LLC, 37 Hook Street, Southbridge, and located at 14 Post Road, in a Business “A” District. The public hearing will take place on Thursday, April 29, 2021 starting at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard. THIS WILL MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED VIA REMOTE PARTICIPATION.
