Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 23, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Chatham Planning Board is being conducted via remote participation. Every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings as provided for in the Order. Public Hearing pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A Section 5. – Adoption or Change of Zoning Ordinances or Bylaws:
Protective (Zoning) Bylaw Amendment- Amendment\Map Change-1610 and 0 Main Street Properties
The purpose of this Article is to amend the basic zoning district designation of the subject parcels from R20 to Municipal as the intended use of the subject property is a municipal use which should be designed in accordance with the Protective (Zoning) Bylaw’s requirements for the Municipal District.
