Revenues for the week ending May 6, 2016:
New Business:
1. Agency Land Management: 2006 Series A Bond
The Land Bank Commission will review bids received for a full or partial refunding of this bond; this matter was most recently discussed at the Commission’s April 4, 2016 meeting.
2. Agency Policy: Public Use of Land Bank Property
The Land Bank Commission will review, on a first-reading basis, a proposed amendment to this policy.
3. Felix Neck Preserve (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the possibility of hiring a surveyor to stake several property lines here.
4. Southern Woodlands Reservation (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its April 4, 2016 meeting, its discussion of a possible cooperative acquisition with the Oak Bluffs Water District
5. Agency Administration: Performance Evaluation
The Land Bank Commission will conduct its annual review of the performance of its executive director.
