6:31 Joint Public Hearing –The ZBA and the Planning Board will hold a Joint Public Hearing. The ZBA will hear a Variance request, filed by the Town of Templeton of the Building Inspectors decision in regards to the height of the new Elementary School submitted by Symmes Maini and McKee Associates .
7:00 An Appealed filed by the Town of Templeton on the Building Inspectors decision of the
Height of the new Elementary Building Submitted by Symmes Maini & McKee Associated
7:15 A Special Permit filing by the Town of Templeton for the new Elementary School submitted
by Symmes Maini & McKee Associated.
7:20-Based on a successful Town of Templeton Appeal of the Templeton Building Inspectors decision of the height limitation for the proposed Elementary School, the Templeton Planning Board will review Preliminary Site Plans for the proposed Elementary School Building.
