	6:35 PM:  Meeting with Town Treasurer and Tax Collector to review Annual Town Meeting Article RE: Proposed New Bylaw for Denials of Local Permits for Non Payment of Real Estate Taxes.
	
	6:50 PM:  Meeting with Sarah Wells, Mount Grace Land Conservation Trust RE: Feldman Property Conservation Restriction.
	
	7:00 PM:  Meeting with Cynthia Henshaw, East Quabbin Land Trust RE: Gross Farm Conservation 	Restriction.
		
	7:15 PM:  Meeting with Hwy. Dept. Supt. Greg Waid & Planning Consultant Flynn RE: Mass. Dept of Transportation Complete Streets Program.
	
	7:30 PM:  Meeting with Advisory Finance Committee (AFC) & Moderator. RE: Review June 6 Annual Town Meeting (ATM) Draft Warrants & Budget. Review AFC recommendations. Review remaining schedule. Determine Budget Public Information meeting date. Approval to release Warrants to Town Counsel for review. Review whether need for Town Counsel at ATM.

	RE: Discussion proposed ATM Article for expansion of ZBA membership to 5 members.
	RE: Discussion Nichewaug Inn Property Project: Any updates per Ted Carman/Concord Square 	Planning process and any other updates as available.
	RE: Discussion hail damage to town roofs updates and follow-up action.
	RE: Discussion Acceptance of resignation of part time Police Officer.
	RE: Discussion Request for June 12 use of Town Common Seven Hills Wheelmen Club annual 	King's Tour of the Quabbin.
