19-002	Tom Conrad – Application to construct a new mixed use building located at 37 Kent Place.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
19-003	Richard and Marie Soffey/c/o David Burnie, Jr. – Application to renovate the existing structure and construct additions on the structure located at 17 Seaview Street.
