The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272. Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  


REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY:

103 Woodland Way, Peter Fellman & Lori Jurkowski: Proposed installation of new sewage disposal system at 103 Woodland Way, Assessors Map 12K parcel HC37.  

AMENDMENT TO ORDERS OF CONDITIONS:

373 & 375 Bridge Street, the Chatfield Company, Inc, SE 10-3242: Request to amend existing Order under SE 10-3242 to include proposed retention of a portion of tennis court, smaller pool and restoration planting between the court surface and proposed pool fencing at 373 & 375 Bridge St, Assessors Map 16B parcel 22.
