The EDIC will discuss a recent proposal by the Town of Athol to convey to the Athol EDIC a certain parcel of land, known as parcel 044-001 on Templeton Rd., and certain stipulations proposed for the eventual sale of this land by the EDIC to Athol Development LLC. It is believed that Athol Development LLC plans to develop this parcel. |
