Call meeting to order 6:30 p.m.
Review/edit/approve minutes from Monday, July 13, 2015. Motion by, 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY16 warrant dated, July 20, August 3, August 31, 2015. Motion by , 2nd , all in favor.
Ratify Library Expense warrant dated August 23, 2015. Motion by , 2nd , all in favor.
Ratify Library Book warrant dated, July 27, and August 24, 2015. Motion by , 2nd , all in favor.
JEPPSON GRANT: We received $2000 from the Greater Worcester Community Foundation to assist in the funding of Ms. Rene, Pre-school music time.
BUILDING: Status update of re-pointing the east side of the building. Status update of door conversion (Matt). New issue with some stone work falling onto the front entrance under spotlight.
ARIS: Annual Report Information Survey to MBLC submitted by deadline. The Financial Report is due in October. New this year, we not only submit FY15 (previous FY) information we need to include budget information approved at Annual Town Meeting for FY16.
VERSAILLES: Desk concerns, on second floor of unheated town hall building. Research available for perusal.
