Hearing:
5:15 pm  - A hearing on an application from Petr Valach to convert an existing house to an accessory apartment, under 4.3-3 of the zoning bylaws. Map 10 Lot 39, 79 Great Plains Rd., RU district. 

5:35 pm  - A hearing on an application from Schofield, Barbini and Hoehn, agents for Katherine Walsh, for setback relief to construct a 26’ x 50’ barn, including height relief of 2’ and for an accessory apartment to be located on the second floor of the proposed barn, under zoning bylaws 4.2-2, 4.4-3(A) and 6.2-3 (D), Map 31 Lot 17, 694 Old County Rd., RU district.

6:00 pm - A hearing on an application from Simon Warren, for setback relief to install an above ground 21’ swimming pool under 4.2-2D (4) and 8.5-4 (C) of the zoning bylaws. Map 16 Lot 190, 14 Holly Lane, RU district.
