Review minutes from Monday, October 18, 2021. Motion to accept by  , 2nd  , . 
Ratify Library Payroll  FY21 warrants dated, 10/28, 2021.
Ratify Library Expense warrants dated FY21 10/28, 2021.
Ratify Library Utilities FY21 warrants dated 10/28, 2021.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street none
Ratify Library Books  FY21 warrants 10/28, 2021.
Motion to approve to ratify all payments by  2nd, all voted in favor. 
Library
Water Department, their next meeting is the 2nd Wednesday, November 10 at 11:00 am in the town hall. We are on the agenda regarding the 2 buildings water usage or lack thereof.
Lee Zdanys Jr, is the Senior Adjuster for the town’s insurance, for the damage done to the library building during the major storms this past year.  They will cover the interior damage, but not the maintenance of the exterior.  Lee mentioned the insurance company has a list of contractors they recommend ServiceMaster came out to inspect the damage in the front foyer.

We need to review our options for a new ADA ramp, it has been suggested a wooden ramp may be less expensive than a concrete and steel railing with brick. Brenda has no made any  inquiries yet, but it is on the to do list.
We have the opportunity to work with 2 Scouts with ideas for Eagle Scouts Projects.  Noah will plan and design a pergola or roof over the brick Eagle Scout project behind the library, and raise funds to build.  He is in the Construction Program at Tantasqua.  Jakob Lanne proposed the same project but  I am talking with Al Jones to see if we can complete a 3 season meeting room in the Carriage House.
 Library Annex
A draft of a Meeting room policy is available for review and to be updated and edited at our November meeting.
Mass Save sent a representative to the annex Tuesday, October 12 to inspect for services they can supply through the program.  Insulation is needed in the walls and more in the attic.  The materials have arrived and Margaret changed out a number of the bulbs Thursday, November 4. 25 Led lamp led 9.5 w bulbs will be sent free, etc.
House has 3 windows needing replacement soon, Brenda has sent pictures to Matt, and asked his availability to order, Corey Landry of Everlast will be called also and Dave Cole.  The Friends have the funds for the repairs.
