- Planning for 2022: We have many different projects going on and we have expressed interest in a few new things (CPA, Friends' groups, etc).  As we start the new year, I think it would be helpful for us to focus our activities on fewer things and get the identified high-priority projects completed.  We will go around the room and review what we have done in the past year on specific projects. We can then, as a group, talk about things we would like to accomplish in 2022 and to set some general time frames for finishing them.  Think of this as a lightweight planning session for the year and please be prepared to discuss the status of ongoing projects, 1-year goals for them, what we are going to push off until next year.
- Group functioning: (as time permits or continued next month, and really open for discussion any time of the year), think about how you would like the group to function or how you would like to work in the committee.  For example, would you like to work individually or in small teams on specific projects?  Would you prefer if the whole committee focused on one or two projects together?  Would you like to work on specific projects at monthly meetings or regular subcommittee meetings?  And anything else you would like to discuss about the group.
