Greetings: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Barre, qualified to vote in town elections and town affairs to meet at the Ruggles Lane School Auditorium on TUESDAY, THE TWENTY EIGHTH DAY OF MARCH 2017 AT 6:30 P.M. then and there to act on the following articles: ARTICLE 1 PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow, or transfer from available funds, a sum of money to pay for costs associated with the completion of the Public Safety Building located at 655 South Street; or take any other action relative thereto. ARTICLE 2 SCBA FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT To see if the Town will vote to rescind and delete the vote of Article 20 Fire Department Self Contained Breathing Apparatus at the Annual Town Meeting held on June 21, 2016; or take any other action relative thereto. ARTICLE 3 AERIAL FIRE APPARATUS To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow, or transfer from available funds, a sum of money to purchase and equip a used Aerial Fire Apparatus; or take any other action relative thereto. |
