	Consider change orders with respect to Town Hall/Library Renovation Project:
•	Lighting of Town Hall clock faces.
•	Concealment of furnace pipes at top of chimney.
•	Stripping/sanding of main stairway run from second floor to third floor.
•	Glass pane installation in Town Administrator’s hallway door.
•	Library carpet installation (carried in project but site conditions may require change order).
•	Insulation between bell tower open air section and adjacent Town Hall attic space.
•	Other change order items not anticipated at time of posting.
