7:30pm Continuation of hearing 207 Daniel Shays Highway-In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will continue the public Hearing that was opened on 10/1/19 regarding a Special Permit and Site Plan request for 207 Daniel Shays Highway, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 252, Lot 59) by applicant Diem Orange, LLC, 75 North Main Street, #570, Randolph, MA 02368 and owner George A. Hunt Jr, 56 Magoon Road, Orange, MA 01364  for: permission to construct a manufacturing facility greater than 10,000 sq ft for the purposes of cannabis cultivation, manufacture and transportation in accordance with section 2234, 5300, 5400 of the Zoning Bylaws of Orange. The application may be reviewed in the Community Development/Planning Board Office at the Orange Armory during the business hours of: Thursday 7 am to noon. Or by appointment by emailing planning@townof orange.org. Electronic copies of the application are available upon request to planning@townoforange.org.
