18 Common Street Committee:  Donald Faugno  Lois O’Leary

Power Point presentation requested by Advisory Board for Thursday, November 14 at 7:00 p.m.
Bullet points for purchase of 18 Common Street and 5-year plan. And financial requests for the library. Since the Advisory Board doesn’t have any equipment except our laptop, we decided to present with the laminated pictures.

List of organizations currently using 18 Common Street (Felton House) for meetings:  Banister Book Group, Brookfield Historical Society, Friends of the Library, Brookfield Community Club, Brookfield Cultural Council, Council on Aging, Girl Scouts.

Ratify Library payroll FY20 warrants dated, November 14, 2019.

Ratify Library Expense FY20 warrants dated, October 23, 2019.

Ratify Library Utilities FY20 warrants dated, October 23, 2019.

Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street, October 23, 2019.

Ratify Library Books FY20 warrants dated, October 23, November 7, 2019.

Motion to approve by

Review of presentation to the Advisory Board, from Thursday, November 14.

Christmas dinner discussion, we cannot have dinner on a Wednesday, Julia works in Gardner until 7:00 p.m. and the Spencer Country Inn is closed on Mondays.  Any suggestions? From email
How about 308 Lakeside, the Tavern in West Brookfield, or even Salem Cross (the Tavern downstairs)?  What are the dates you were looking at so far?  E.B. Flatts on a Monday?
