ALL MEETING NOTICES MUST BE FILED AND TIME STAMPED IN THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE AND POSTED ON THE MUNICIPAL BULLETIN BOARD 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING. (in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975)
AGENDA
1. Approval of Minutes of previous meeting July 28, 2014.
2. Discuss draft Watershed Study mission statement.
3. Discuss and agree upon watershed boundaries; watershed study sampling needs and corresponding sampling locations.
4. Review and update timeline as needed.
5. Agree upon key agenda items for our August 25, Sept. 8 meetings.
a. Discuss subcommittees needed and committee member assignments.
i. RFP drafting.
ii. RFP issuance and coordination with Procurement Officer.
iii. Communications.
iv. Others?
b. Review and discuss list of questions and corresponding study data needed to address the questions. Ex. What do we want to learn and how will each water sample be analyzed i.e. content minerals, chemicals, herbicides, fertilizers, PH, others?; water flow; temperature. etc.?
