• Approval of Minutes:
5:15 PM/ Map 3 Lot 11: a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the s Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering on behalf of Ann M. Vincola for a project to replace a failed cesspool with a Title V septic system. The project is located at 179 Lambert’s Cove Road.
5:25PM/ Map 7 Lot 15: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Morse Real Estate Trust for property located at 30 James Pond Way. The project consists of the demolition of an existing dwelling and the construction of a new dwelling, relocation of septic tanks and associated site work within the buffer zone.
