CALL MEETING TO ORDER:  
GENERAL BUSINESS:
•Vote to authorize the Treasurer to issue Refunding Notes 
EXECUTIVE SESSION: M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21, Reason #6 – To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.  Present – Selectboard; Water Commissioners; Water Superintendent; Town Counsel; and BOH Chair.
This listing includes those matters reasonably anticipated by the Chair to be discussed at the meeting.
